Customer Service - Exchange & Return Policy
It is our mission to satisfy our customers. If, for any reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return or exchange your bikini within 20 days of purchase in new condition with tags and hygienic liner attached. In addition, all products must be completely free of stains and all odors, including, but not limited to, perfume, body spray, and smoke. We will gladly exchange your bikini or refund your purchase price provided you return your merchandise in new condition as described above.
Soiled merchandise (as described above) will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. If you attempt to exchange or return an item that is soiled or has odors, it will be returned to you at your expense.
Note that we do not reimburse return shipping. We do cover the cost of shipping you an exchange.

In your package, please include the provided Exchange/Return form with a reason for the exchange. Please indicate the style, color, and size desired. If the Exchange/Return form is not included, the exchange process will be delayed.
If you need to receive the exchange by a specific date, please indicate the date on the Exchange/Return Form.

In your package, please include the provided Exchange/Return form with a reason for the exchange. Please indicate the style, color, and size desired. If the Return form is not included, the process will be delayed.
Returns are processed within two weeks of receipt, and an email will be sent to you once return processing is completed. Note that, despite our immediate release of funds, it may take up to 5-7 business additional days before the credit card issuer makes funds available on your credit card statement.

Please do not attempt to send returns or exchanges via FedEx, UPS, or other shipper using our account as payment for shipping. That is, do not check the box where the recipient will pay for shipping charges. We will not accept any merchandise where shipping is charged to our account. Any shipment of this sort will be refused, and you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
You are welcome to return items via FedEx, UPS, or other shippers using your own account or credit card. To obtain a return address for these shippers, send an email to
info@babybrazil.com, and ask for the return address for a non-USPS return.
