Credit Card Information
For your billing address, provide the address that appears on your monthly credit card statement and the phone number that the card issuer has on record. For your order to be processed and shipped, we must verify your billing address with your credit card issuer. You will be contacted if the card issuer does not verify this information. In addition, we may call you to verify that you have authorized a charge if you are shipping to a different address other than the billing address.
Your order may be delayed if we need to contact you for correct billing information.
International Orders
International orders will be shipped only to the credit card billing address once that billing address has been verified. If your credit card issuer will not verify your address, we will request another credit card number or other means of payment. In the comments section of your order, please include the customer service number from the back of the credit card. If the country code is not included, please add it. International orders will only be shipped to addresses where the card issuer and the billing address are in the same country.
